Bachir Attar of The Master Musicians of Jajouka stopped by KBOO studios for an interview on the eve of their performance at the Roseland Theater.

On hand were host Firefly, The Outside World’s Daniel Flessas and yours truly.

Sadly, I was unable to attend due to an unavoidable work/schedule conflict the next day. I don’t think it would be good to try to make a report on my trip to management after being out tripping to Sufi music ’till 2am.

Guess I’ll have to save my scheckles for airfare to Morocco.
