The Music of Brian Routh

Here’s a nice set of musical collages by UK artist Brian Routh, all utilizing political speech (usually with a topical class war subject or by a highly polarizing individual) over a brooding, throbbing electronic score.

Some astute readers may recognize his name from Avant Garde/Performance art circles, more accurately as Harry Kipper, one half of the infamous Kipper Kids (along with Martin Von Haselberg). He currently resides in the UK and also collaborates with his partner, visual artist Patricia Wells.
